National Guard Needs

Members of the Kansas National Guard had served in Iraq, in the past and are presently servicing today.  Leaving alot (about 40 %) of they equipment behind, when they come home. Governor Sebelius has mention this Fact, several time in the past two years, even to President Bush himself.
