It's the first multi-CD boxset compilation ever released to represent her life's work, and yes what I will mark down as my first Christmas present request. "Dolly" will be available starting Oct. 27 and will consists of her best 99 songs, housed on four CDs. That's right Jay-Z, there is now one place to solve all of your 99-problems and furthermore, this bitch ain't one.
To help commemorate the big-busted queen of audio, Sony has basically constructed a Dollywood in a box. "Dolly" will also include a 60-page booklet with newly released photos and rare memorabilia, a brief introduction by Nashville-bred singer-songwriter Laura Cantrell and a 5,000-word biographical essay by ASCAP-Deems Taylor Award-winning writer Holly George-Warren. It's basically an amazing stocking stuffer. Mom, you hear that?
