Richard Dean Anderson appears in several scenes in 'Stargate: Continuum', the second of the two Stargate SG-1 movies being made for DVD.
Richard joined members of the crew in late March to shoot scenes at the US Navy's Applied Physics Laboratory Ice Station in the Arctic. Production then resumed in Vancouver on May 22nd, with Richard returning to the set in late May and again in early June to shoot more scenes.
In the movie, the SG-1 team gather to witness the execution of Ba'al, the last of the Goa'uld System Lords, but then suddenly history is changed and the Stargate program is erased from the timeline. While some members of SG-1 try to explain to the authorities what has happened, the rest of the team travel through several alternate timelines to set things right before the world is enslaved by the Goa'uld.
'Stargate: Continuum' is expected to be available on DVD later this year, followed by possible broadcasts.
