Tennis player Anna Kournikova said she has created a Miami-based company to oversee her marketing and philanthropic endeavors.

Kournikova named Wendy Revak to be president of the newly formed company,

In addition, Kournikova has signed with Lisa Jacobson of United Talent Agency (UTA). UTA is to represent Kournikova for all marketing, entertainment and endorsement-related ventures.

Kournikova is to be working closely with the new ventures and entertainment marketing division of UTA -- a department that has created new marketing ventures for clients that include licensed apparel and beauty brands, global corporate endorsements, DVD, book, radio, public appearance, video game, Internet and wireless deals.

UTA's clients include Johnny Depp, Jim Carrey, Harrison Ford, Keira Knightley, Ben Stiller, Gwen Stefani, Owen Wilson, Jack Black, Justin Timberlake, Christy Turlington, Eminem, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
