Started Working Out

Started Working Out
I have a twin brother, Ryan, who, for as long as I can remember, has always been fit. Well, more fit than me. Ryan was supposed to be the first born but ended up coming out second, due to my mother's C-section. That didn't stop me from getting all of the leftover crap, I think, in the physical fitness department. Growing up, I was Chubby Cheeks while Ryan was widely referred to as "Rhino."

Ryan recently started a new health and training company where he's already seeing results with people he's working with. His philosophy: eat your Captain Crunch, drink your beer and still look good. Obviously he doesn't know I'm a martini drinker.

That aside, I thought I would give it a go. I'm trying out his program. I'll let you know how it goes. So far, after 5 days in the gym each morning and eating better (but not perfect), I'm 5 lbs down and feeling more energized. My body also aches as though I've never had any sort of muscle before. Who do you call when you think your brother is trying to kill you?
