Pretty Much Dying
Nov 14, 2007 15:37:26
Alright, if dying was a good thing, I'd say it's okay but sometimes I just don't know. Right now, my entire body aches - at least I don't feel hungry.
My brother is doing a good job, I think, of helping me along. It's interesting though; I had anticipated him being really strict about everything: eat this, don't eat that. Instead, he's given me all kinds of choices and is trying to get me to choose as I want. Each choice is accompanied with a portion size. If you eat a little more of one and not the other etc, you should reduce the size of the portion on the other componants of the meal. What's important, it seems, is balance. Trying to eat a variety of things all the time.
So, I officially started this whole thing on the 7th of November. Now, 7 days later, I'm down 7 lbs. Tomorrow I'll tell you about the excercises though - I'm sure that's making a difference.
