Evan Tanner to beat Anderson Silva?

There's alot of thought circling around the internet that Evan Tanner will beat Anderson Silva- it's just a matter of how they match up against eachother. Evan Tanner lost twice to Rich Franklin, while Silva has beaten him more convincingly twice. Tanner has been off for like 3 years without a professional fight, but I don't doubt he'll give a good challenge.
