Nutritional Information
Steak n Shake’s extensive menu includes many high quality foods that can fit into a balanced diet. As our name might lead you to expect, that menu is centered around our STEAKBURGER™ patties (real steak cuts, quick-seared on a super-hot grill and served on toasted buns) and our Milk Shakes (hand-dipped with real milk). Since 1934, we’ve made all our meals to order, serving them to your table accompanied by real china, glass and silverware. Our new Lighter Choices are marked with the * symbol on our menu and include six new and improved entree salads like Apple Walnut Grilled Chicken with just 340 calories and 10g fat. In addition to entree salads, Steak n Shake's Lighter Choices include new Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and Fruit 'n Frozen Yogurt Milk Shakes as well as various soups and side items. Click any menu heading in the vertical bar at left to view nutritional information for STEAKBURGER™ sandwich and Sandwiches, Soups ’n Sides, Salads, Chili & Dinners, The Fountain & Desserts, Kid’s Menu, Breakfast, Beverages, and Condiment ’n Toppings. Click on Statements, and you’ll learn how the nutrition value of our food was determined.
