But Dr. Phil wants his old pal to know he’s still in her corner. “We know the Spears family, particulary the parents,” TV counselor Phil McGraw told People.com. “An asset that Britney (Spears) and Jamie Lynn both have is a great and dedicated mother.” Dr. Phil says the “strong, close-knit” Spears family have turned to prayer in their difficult time and according to Us Weekly, it may be working. Us reports Mama Spears’ book - which was postponed “indefinitely” last week by its publisher - is back on track. The catch is “Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame in a Tabloid World” is no longer being hawked as a parenting book by publisher Thomas Nelson. “It is her memoir, not a parenting book,” a spokesman for Thomas Nelson told Us.
