The partnership, Which saw the three heavyweights form G-Unit/Shady/Aftermath, has been described as “the final piece of the puzzle” in 50 Cent’s rise to stardom.
The partnership, which was influential in 50 Cent’s commercial success, beat Michael Jackson’s surprise appearance alongside Jay-Z in New York in 2001 in the poll conducted by XXL magazine. Elsewhere in the rundown was the moment Nas and Jay-Z ended their ongoing feud with a performance at New Jersey's Continental Airlines Arena in 2005.
