Pamela Anderson has a reality show once again. Correction – it’s not a reality show, but rather an “observational documentary series,” according to E! Television.

The show will finally give viewers a look at the real woman known as Pamela, says Randy Barbato, managing director for World of Wonders Productions.

"The series will offer an unprecedented look inside the life of one of today's most iconic superstars in the style of a uniquely shot documentary film," he says.

The newly divorced Anderson is the lone star in this series, while sons Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 10, will be spared from public scrutiny. But you might just get a chance to see Anderson while she volunteers for the boys’ school safety board, if the People report is any indication.

"I get a lot of high-fives," Anderson said of her volunteering. "[Other parents] think it's funny that I'm there doing that. I'm a mom – you have to do it, and I love it."

The series, tentatively titled Pamela, is scheduled to debut this summer with eight half-hour episodes.
