Sault Ste. Marie Thief Arrested

Thief caught
City police were called to
the 800 block of Johnston at 11:36 p.m. Thursday, when a resident saw a
man in a light-colored jacket checking vehicles along the street. The
resident then checked his vehicle and found 5 to 10 Rock and Roll CDs
missing. At 11:52 p.m., another Sault Police patrol saw a man matching
the description of the suspect in the 400 block of Spruce Street. The
walker admitted to carrying five old Rock and Roll CDs and was soon
identified as the suspect by the Johnston Street resident. Prinel D.
LaTour, no age given, of the Sault, was arrested for larceny from a
motor vehicle.
