WARNING-Typhoon Fengshen pounds Philippines

Wind gusts of up to 195 kmh & floodwaters over two meters high in places, ripped through the centre of the archipelago on Saturday, pounding the province of Iloilo.
20,000 people are being housed in evacuation centers and up to 80 people have been killed.
Fengshen is headed north and expected to hit Taiwan in the next few days, according to a storm tracker website.watch videos in video section.
