Since the 1950s only three men have made cheesecakes at Junior’s. The first was Junior’s
original master baker, Eigel Petersen. He and restaurant founder Harry Rosen conducted
laboratory-like experiments, testing and tasting,
to create the magic formula, using only Philadelphia® cream cheese, heavy cream,
fresh eggs and vanilla.
Handblended in small batches. No water. No fillers.
Just pure goodness. For our swirls and fruit-topped
cheesecakes,we use only the freshest fruit, homemade purées, imported chocolate
and fresh spices…you’ll taste the difference from
Junior’s.
Strawberry Cheesecake The original World’s Most
Fabulous Cheesecake is topped with fresh strawberry pie filling and baked into a
shortbread pie crust. Finished with our macaroon crunch.
