CC CENTER FOR THE ARTS PRESENTS MR. RAY IN A FAMILY CONCERT
Dec 17, 2006 08:12:28
JCC Center for the Arts will present popular family entertainer (and West Orange native!) Mr. Ray on Thursday, December 28 at 11:00 am in the Leon & Toby Cooperman JCC, Ross Family Campus, 760 Northfield Avenue, West Orange. A fun show for the families that want to rock!
After playing with Bruce Springsteen and Meat Loaf, Mr. Ray entered a new musical galaxy where his critics, many under age 8, were a lot tougher. His release of Start Dreaming! charted a whole new musical course and his new album Family Ride has just been released. Mr. Ray captivates young audiences with original rock, pop, and folk songs, humor, kid participation, and his colorfully stickered guitar.
"Mr. Ray is a musical hero to the Garden Staters under 10," raved The Star Ledger, "He's like an Elvis Costello for the Caryola set."
Tickets are $10 JCC Members/Students/Seniors and $14 General Public are available by visiting the Box Office at 760 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, by calling 1-800-494-TIXS, or by visiting online at www.boxofficetickets.com/jccmetrowest.
