Leavenworth during the spring and summer is one of the most enjoyable things to do.  Beautiful flowers cascade down off the businesses and lamp posts, various musical entertainment will be found almost everyday.  You can hike or visit the nearby lakes and rivers.  So much recreation is nearby, you may never want to leave.
