Well here I am stuck on this island in the middle of nowhere. Sure, I have friends. The other stranded castaways fell from the sky aboard a passenger plane and somehow survived. At first I thought my mission in life was to save the world. I had to punch a series of numbers on a computer every few hours or I was told that the world would end.
Then John Locke forced me to save us all by sacraficing my life and turn a key that would blow up the hatch. Well, fortunately I did not die in that incident. Although I am still mad at Locke for putting me in such a tough spot.
There are others on the island besides me and the plane crash survivors. We call them the OTHERS. The seem to be lead by a man named Henry Gail. Henry says that his group of others are the good guys. Of course, all of us castaways see him and his group as the enemy and an evil bunch. And that makes our group of castaways the good guys.
My problems started when I wanted to prove my worth to my girlfriend Pennys father. So I entered a boat race around the world that Pennys father had sponsored, hoping to win the race and prove to him my worthyness. As fate would have it, my boat crashed on this strange island and I have been exiled here ever since.
With each episode I find out new and exciting things about my fellow castaways and sometimes things about myself that I did not even know myself. For instance, I just learned that I was at one time a monk. Ok, so I got fired. But I am still one of the good guys.
My hope is that my girlfriend Penny is searching for me and will someday, somehow rescue me. But for now, all I can do is try to survive here on the island with my fellow castaways.
