Jessica Ann Simpson was born July 10,1980, in Abilene, Texas. The americanpop singer and actress rose to fame in the late 1990's. She began singing at her local Baptist church. Then, She auditioned for the Micky Mouse Club and made it to the finals at the age of twelve. Simpon dropped out of school at the age of sixteen and 2 years later signed with ColumbiaRecords in 1998. JESSICA later earned her GED. She has two gold and three mult-platium RIAA-certified albums. Has achieved seven Billboard Top 40 hits. Jessica is the older sister of Ashlee Simpson, an internationally successful pop rock singer and actress.
