Angie Wakamatsu has been modeling since she was 9 in Tokyo. But She always knew she was meant to be famous ever since she was a little girl. She loved to be in the spotlight. She loved to be the center of everyone's attention, entertaining people and making people laugh and smile.

Right now she is focusing more on acting than modeling although She does shoot once in a while on the side. She has some big projects coming up that will hopefully be very successful. It's very exciting to look forward to a busy and productive 2009. She feels very lucky and privileged to be able to pursue her dreams like this. She has realized that she been given many opportunities and talents and she hopes to be able to use them in a way that does the most good for her, her family and the people she touches through her work.

Her goal right now is to be happy. And to her that means not looking back and wishing she still lived in the past. Neither does it mean to anticipate a brighter future while dreading her present situation. She believe that people can find happiness no matter what their circumstances in life are. That is the power of positive thinking and she is really striving to adopt that mentality so that her happiness isn't contingent upon success or failure. But rather she is able to find joy in this journey of life and savor the ups as well as the downs and learn wisdom from it.

she appreciates everyone who has been supporting and encouraging her so far. She think's a lot of her strength and courage came from knowing that the people that mean the most to her, her family and close friends, are behind her, rooting for her, cheering her on. That's what helps her keep at it in the face of disappointment, setbacks and discouragement.
