Though Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon appeared together on the April 2008 cover of Playboy magazine, it is rumored that they won't appear inside the magazine until Christmas. It is unknown at this point whether these girls will be a part of the new season of “The Girls Next Door”, but given the success of the show it is likely.

Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon, Hugh Hefner's newest girlfriends (replacing Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson) are two hot 19-year-old twins who are the latest love interest of the Playboy mogul. The girls have already moved into the mansion and made themselves at home.
Kristina Shannon and Karissa Shannon have appeared on the cover of Playboy magazine and have posed for semi nude photos, but have yet to appear in a pictorial within the magazine. It is suspected thay will appear in the December issue.
Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon were arrested in January in St. Petersburg, Florida for beating up a girl at a house party. Not only that, but Karissa was arrested a previous time for beating up another girl!
It is unknown at this time if Kristina Shannon and Karissa Shannon will appear in the next season of The Girls Next Door, Hugh Hefner's reality television series currently starring Bridget Marquardt, Holly madison, and Kendra Wilkinson.
Said to be joining the twins as Hef’s third girlfriend is Amy Leigh Andrews. She is a college senior from Georgia and has already posed for Playboy. Amy Leigh Andrews has much bigger boobs than the Shannon twins, but that may change with time.
