ten bracelets, has placed in dozens of

One of his bracelets was for winning the WSOP Championship
event in 1989 when he was only 24 years old, making him the youngest
ever winner of
the main event when beating
Johnny Chan in the final.
Phil currently lives in
Palo Alto,
