Anthony Snow was raised in the city of Richmond in the San Francisco Bay Area. His mother worked for the Richmonmd Unified School District, and his father worked for a local manufactoring plant. Both Anthony and his sister graduated from Harry Ells High School. While attending UNLV, Anthony met Jimmie Walker, the actor who protrayed "J.J." on the television series "Good Times". Because of Jimmie's friendship, Anthony decided to become a professional actor, after completing his degree at UNLV in Nuclear Medicine.
