Mini Biography
Beverly Nero is the daughter of Grammy Award-winning pianist/composer/conductor, Peter Nero.
A composer in her own right, Beverly Nero and Margot Rose co-wrote the title song for Del Shores cult-hit feature, 'Sordid Lives (2000)' (performed by Olivia Newton-John in the film and soundtrack).
Fluent in American Sign Language, Beverly has been affiliated with the Tony Award winning Deaf West Theatre since 1993. Initially engaged as their Director of Development and Marketing, she remains an independent fund-raising consultant for the company.
Beverly and her husband (pianist / arranger, David Moscoe) have an Autistic son. She is developing projects for TV and Film that may serve to illuminate for others, a world and a culture they have come to understand and appreciate.
Beverly Nero holds the film rights to the international best-selling autobiography "Nobody Nowhere" (and screenplay adaptation of the same name) by Donna Williams, and looks forward to bringing it to the screen.
