Mini Biography
After returning from duty as a sailor in Vietnam, Bill joined the California State Police Division where he was cited for valor and received numerous commendations, including the Medal for Valor. While a police officer, Bill began renting then wrangling firearms on various productions. Forced to retire from his career as a police officer due to wounds received, he began a second career as a property master and licensed weapons specialist. Bill is also an accomplished military and law enforcement technical advisor and has been responsible for much of the police and military technical seen on film. Bill is the founder of the Tactical Edge Group, which maintains a data base of over one thousand film and television professionals. Personal Quotes
