Got his unusual nickname from Bam Margera, who would always introduce him by saying, "This is Raab, himself."

After finishing "Viva la Bam" (2003) he decided to go back to Shippensburg University located in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania to finish his education. He had attended the University before the start of "Viva la Bam" (2003), but had no time to attended classes with filming of the show.
Became friends with Bam Margera when they both attended East High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
