Mini Biography
Born in Iowa, David Haack grew up as the youngest of three children. His parents are both educators, as are both of his siblings. While in school, David showed an active interest in all of the arts, performing in school plays and participating in every music avenue available to him. He attended college first at the University of Northern Iowa on a scholarship for vocal music performance, and then moved on to the University of Iowa where he studied mainly English. David's first successes were in the field of music, where he created and managed his own career through songwriting and performing with various band collaborations. He has performed numerous times with music superstar Billy Ray Cyrus, ("Soap Talk" (2006), "Good Morning America" (2007)), and was featured as the opening act for a stop on Cyrus' summer tour in 2006. His first "break" came as the guitarist in the first series of music videos featuring a then unknown Miley Cyrus, now of "Hannah Montana" fame. He has since appeared multiple times on the hit show. |
