Ellen Falguiere was born in New York, lived in Paris, France as a child,and grew up in South Florida. Her father is a painter in Paris, France and her mother is a former model from New York. The family had a commercial and print production company where Falguiere was exposed to the film business at a young age. She continued her education at film school in Florida and at Western Carolina University.

Falguiere began working in the print/commercial industry at the age of 21 as a stylist. Her clients included Nike, Nikon, Victoria's Secret, Coors Light, Grey Poupon, and various others. By the age of 23 she was working as a Costume Designer for such TV shows as Nickelodeon's "Clarissa Explains it All", and Fox's TV series "Fortune Hunter". Her most recent TV credit "The Flight that Fought back" was Emmy-nominated in 2006. She made her feature film debut as a Costume Designer on Shootfighter II. Amoung her credits as a Costume Designer are the films THe Good Life, The Last Marshall, Emmett's Mark (2002), In the Shadows (2001), and most recently My Sexiest Year (2007). In addition to her work as a designer,she has worked as an asst. designer on such films, as Wild Things, Any Given Sunday, Bad Boys II, Scary Movie 3 and 4, and Assassination Tango (2002).

Falguiere is a member of the Costume Designers Guild Los Angles # 892, as well as International IA of New York #829 and a member of Local Costumer's 705. She is a a South Beach trend-setter and mover that will shake any project to a higher caliber. She has been published for interior design in Amercian Way magazine,as well as on "Deco Drive" in South Florida for costume design. She is the recipient of the 2005 Costume Design award from the Film recording and Entertainment council in Florida.
