Holds a BFA degree with high honors from Carnegie Mellon University's prestigious School Of Drama where he trained as an actor. While there, Neal performed in Anton Chekkov's "The Three Sisters" in Jean Cocteau's "Les Parentes Terribles" and in Lanford Wilson's "Balm In Gilead".
Produced and Directed a German play called "Woyzeck" in Pittsburgh.
Co-produced short film "Chinese Dream" which has played at more than twenty film festivals all over the world, and has won the best short award at many of them, including the San Francisco International Film Festival.
