Victor grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia and is a 1985 Northside High School Alumni. He is a Ray Horne Theatre Alumni. He was involved in sports in middle school. He is the youngest of 5 brothers and 2 sisters. His father was a military officer stationed in the Phillipines and Robins Air Force Base for much of his career and is retired now.
