The Wheeling, IL, bank will be splitting off from its parent, Cole Taylor Financial Group, in a buyout led by the Taylor family. While the parent still has a well-regarded finance company, Duff & Phelps put it on a rating watch/down -- but reaffirmed the bank's ratings.
