takesRecently I started creating Exclusive Weblo Buildings. These buildings are pieces of art from artists. Artists agree to give me a USE agreement. I then create a card that showcases the building. Then I offer the cards up for sale.

The owner of the cards pay an association rent fee to Weblo Investment Club, who then works with the new owners to get thier pages rated.

I then create Act of GOD cards. Anyone can purchase an Act of GOD card to use on the Exclusive Weblo Building card owners. The owners are forced to pay a default fee if they receive an Act of GOD card. If they fail to pay, their Exclusive Weblo Building card goes to auction. If the card sells at auction for more then the default owed, the defaulting owner gets the overage after the default is paid, yet looses the Exclusive Weblo Building card.

Each card is unique and a one of a kind.

I am looking for artists to submit thier works of art to me so long as the art work has a house or building in it. I split the sale price of the card withthe artists, and Weblo Investment Club.
