Kate Ritchie (born August 14, 1978) is an Australian actress on the television series Home and Away. She has played the character Sally Fletcher ever since the series began in 1988; with fellow original cast member Ray Meagher, it is the longest continuous role in an Australian television series. Ritchie also won the child lead in the mini-series Cylone Tracy in 1986. She has done a number of commercials and has also been involved with the Campbelltown Musical Society. She has studied jazz/ballet and loves to sing and dance.
