Very beautiful city by the sea in south coast of Finland. Has two nuclear plants and it has lately been voted as \"Springfiel of Finland\" by the finnish people. The city is bilingual (finnish/swedish). Two main newspapers are Loviisan Sanomat and Östra Nyland.
