Weblo - Why are states and citys so expensive

Hello everyone one thing that I have to point out is why are people reselling estate for rediculas prices? I mean weblo has only been out for just over a year and they are reselling for over $1000 for some states.how are people going to afford that, its not reaally a community based price system isit?
Weblo needs to have limits to what people can resell there assests for as there things id like to buy and if somone wants $1000 they are in dream land if they think they will even get that.
Please leave your comments about this if you feel things are far to expensive?
