Would you attend Michael Jacksons public funeral planned for next week at LA\'s Staples Centre if you had the opportunity?

Isn\'t it ironic how the media loves to abuse, trash and bash the late king of pop in one breath, followed by praise, accolades and pride in his accomplishments in the very next breath!

While many opinions exist as to what may or may not have taken place in his \"stranger than fiction\" lifestyle, I think they could at least honour the guy for what he did accomplish during his short 50 years here on earth, and save the dirt and accusations for another day or not at all. Thoughts??
