Daily Thoughts

On the bus home today I was thinking about what people do with the money they get from winning a lottery. Well, I was thinking what people do with the money. A lot of people think of all the things they could buy with the winnings. They think, well now I can buy that new big screen tv I've always wanted, maybe a new in-ground swimming pool in the back, and all those other things they ever wanted, be it that new fancy sports car. Only really thinking of what they could spend it on. And then, you have some people who split it up and spent half on things they want and save the rest in a savings account, or maybe try the stock market. Then you have a few that think (maybe) a bit wiser and invest the money into a business and have there money work for them. Or invest it in some other smart way that it can grow and have the chance to retire with what they will need, and only spending on one or two small things they really need.
