Madonna, Britney Spear, Circus Britney Spears's comeback is nothing short of energy and excitement. Adding to the event is none other than the Queen of pop, Madonna. The duo have planned an explosive dance routine for Spear's upcoming tour 'Circus' this year. Madonna is only too happy to return the gesture Britney showed when she appeared for a performance at Madonna's Sticky and Sweet tour. She is to make a surprise appearance at Spear's Circus tour. "When Britney joined Madonna on stage for her Sticky + Sweet tour it was very sedate," For the ultimate magic on stage, Jamie King has been hired. He was the choreographer for Madonna's previous three shows.
