Asset valuation

More particularly value added. Working out the value of an asset being set for resale is probably an inexact science. Undoubtedly there is intrinsic value in some assets, which have recurring fees, such as States, Cities and airports. There are also value domains and buildings and communities. Trying to clacluate value on these is something for analysis. But the average Jo Blogs asset.how to create a valuation? Is it on hours worked on the site, hits on the site or income stream from the site. Or a combination of these and more. I am wondering more here about the 'buyer' not the seller. There are also going to be different valuations based on membership level. To buy a domain as a free member costs 4.00US$ as a top level member 1.00US$.
