Time Inc., a Time Warner company, is the largest magazine publisher in the U.S. and a leading publisher in the U.K. and Mexico. Time Inc.'s popular brands and successful franchises extend to online, television, cable video on demand, satellite radio, mobile devices, events and branded products.

Nationally and globally, Time Inc. titles make their mark. Time Inc. publications reach over 100 million adults, nearly half the U.S. population. People magazine reaches more than 40 million adults with every issue, the most of any U.S. consumer magazine. The Sports Illustrated annual Swimsuit franchise, which includes the magazine, video, calendars and Web site, is one of the most, if not the most, profitable of any single magazine-branded franchise. Worldwide, TIME Inc. magazines, including time Inc.'s IPC Media Unit in the U.K. and Grupo Editorial Expansion in Mexico, are read nearly 250 million times each month by approximately 150 million adults.

Time Inc. has experienced great success online through its aggressive digital initiatives; its Web sites attract more than 26 million unique visitors each month, more than any other magazine publisher, and serve close to 2 billion page views each month. SI.com received more than 228 million page views in the month following the launch of the 2008 Swimsuit edition. Time.com, one of the fastest-growing national news sites in the U.S., has over 5 million unique visitors per month. TIME Inc.'s digital properties are among the top 20 largest Media properties online, ranked at #17 as of June 2008.

In March of 2008, SI.com launched the Vault, providing online access to over 50 years of content from Sports Illustrated's archives. People.com continues to lead in entertainment news with 8 million unique visitors and 750 million page views per month and this April, People brought 34 years of the magazine to readers with the launch of its online Archive. CNNMoney.com is the largest business and financial Web site among vertical sites and the fourth-largest financial site overall after the portals, averaging over 9 million unique visitors per month. In May, Health.com re-launched offering readers a powerful mix of original reporting, first-person stories, video, accredited medical content and community.

Time Inc. brands have also experienced great success in the past year with online video. For the first Time in red-carpet history, a magazine-branded online site, People.com, secured a branded broadcast platform on the red carpet at both the SAG Awards in January 2008 and the Grammy Awards in February 2008. No other magazine brand has ever received such exposure. CNNMoney.com launched a broadband video channel in January 2008. The site delivers approximately 30 original videos daily and streams more than 16 million videos a month, the most of any business site.

In 2007, Time Inc. launched Time Inc. Studios, a dedicated in-House digital studio. The group helps each of Time Inc.'s titles deliver on its video strategies. TIME Inc. Studios produces a variety of projects across multiple platforms, including online, television, mobile and VOD.

Time Inc. has also extended its brands to television. Real Simple has partnered with TLC for a new television makeover show to debut in the fall of 2008. Essence has teamed up with Warner Bros. TV to expand the Essence brand, including the production of an original digital video series called "Extra." In addition, People en Espanol has joined in partnerships with Telemundo and Univision.

And there's more . This fall Time Inc. launched Maghound, a new online consumer marketing vehicle that allows customers to purchase subscriptions to several magazine titles for a monthly rate. Time Inc. also leads in its sustainability efforts amongst publishers. In January 2008, TIME Inc. expanded the reach of the ReMix initiative, a National public education campaign with the objective of increasing residential recycling of magazines and catalogs. time Inc. furthers its commitment to sustainability by creating programs to reduce its carbon footprint, working to promote sustainable forestry, and continuing to cover environmental issues.

Time Inc. continues to transform into a multi-platform publishing company that creates, sells, aggregates and delivers outstanding branded content.
