Michael Redstone started the Northeast Theatre Corporation in 1936. The beginning of this multi-country company began as a single mom and pop family owned and operated drive-in theatre.
�Michael's family and their small town values along with superior commitment to customers made the business thrive. Expansion was enevitable. As the company expanded into different states the name was changed to National Amusements.
�Over 70 years since founded this world leader in the motion picture industry is still family owned by Michael's son Sumner Redstone-Chairman and CEO along with his daughter Shari Redstone=President.
