Blackburn Rovers was firmed in 1875 following a meeting at the St Leger Hotel On King William Street.The meeting was organised by two lads from Shrewsbury school,John Lewis and Arthur Constantine.To discuss the possibility of forming a football Club to play under Association Rules.
