McLaren Mercedes FI Racing Team Description
The McLaren Formula One Team Dates back to 1963,When New Zealander Bruce McLaren started Building a formula one car. The team made there Debut at the Monaco Grand Prix in 1966. In 1968 Driven by Bruce The team gained there first victory. Tragically Bruce lost his life while testing at the Goodwood Circit in 1970,But his name lives on. The team celebrated it's first formula one in the drivers and constructors championship in 1974 with Emerson Fittipaldi, and in 1976 James Hunt took the drivers championship. In the 1988-1989 season Team Mates Ayton Senna and Alain Prost notched up 14 wins betwen them,Holding the accolade for the most Gand prix wins in a season the pair won 15 out of the 16 races. Between the years 1988 -1992 the team won four consecutive Drivers and Constructors Championships.
