When God moved us from Washington D.C. to Tampa FL in 1990, He laid on our hearts an incredible vision broken and hurting children and youth. We began a Church called South Tampa ChristianCenter with 5 People on July 11, 1991 in an 1100 square foot storefront and began to reach out and touch others with the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ. The first purchase we made as 50-member church was a 24-foot vehicle, which served as a rolling theater. This outreach truck went into government housing areas and preformed a one-hour nickelodeon-type program, encouraging high values and morals for the local children and residents. We stand in amazement of the phenomenal blessings and increase of God since that day of small beginnings. Part of our mandate is not only to impact our city, but also to train and equip leadership around the nation and the world to make a difference in their cities. Thus far, tens of thousand people and ministries have been trained since may of 1994 through our Operation ExplosionInternationalTraining Center held quarterly.
We have since developed and overseen more than 200 ministries that serve the felt needs of both the Churchbody and community. As a symbol of our growth and desire to impact every person for Jesus Christ, we unveiled our new name in 1997.

Evangelism and Restoration - As a multi cultural family of believers, Without Walls International Church strongly believes that God has the power to restore individuals to their fullest potential.
We believe that Matthew 28:19, "Go ye therefore, and "teach" all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost," is the great commission, not the great suggestion.
In oneGod eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost;
That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the Virgin Mary; that Jesus was crucified, buried and raised from the dead; that He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor;
That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for the forgiveness of sins;
In the baptism with the Holy Ghost subsequent to a clean heart;
In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and that this is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Ghost;
In water baptism by immersion and that all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost;
In divinehealing is provided for all in the atonement;
In the Lord’s Supper and washing of the saints’ feet;
In the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus: first, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air; second, to reign on the earth a thousand years;
