The Company has a portfolio of 12 cruise brands, which include Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises (Princess), Costa Cruises (Costa), Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, AIDA Cruises (AIDA), Cunard Line (Cunard), P&O Cruises Australia, Ocean Village, Swan Hellenic, Seabourn Cruise Line (Seabourn) and Windstar Cruises (Windstar). The primary markets served by Carnival Corporation's cruise brands include North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. In addition to its cruise operations, the Company owns Holland America Tours and Princess Tours in the State of Alaska and the Canadian Yukon. As of November 30, 2006, the Company had 81 cruise ships with passenger capacity of 143,676 berths. Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc operate as a dual-listed company (DLC), whereby the businesses of Carnival Corporation and Carnival plc are combined.
