Message from the Mayor of Hay on Wye

Hay on Wye is not the kind of place you find by accident. It is definitely off the beaten track. Twas a sleepy little town until the local Lord purchased container loads of books. Now it has more bookshops per capita than any city in the world. When I was last there - I counted 57! I would not be surprised if there were not more now. A bibliophiles paradise !
