Loviisa Description

Very beautiful city by the sea in south coast of Finland. Inhabitants: 7400. Has two nuclear plants and it has lately been voted as Springfield of Finland by the finnish people. The city is bilingual (finnish/swedish). Two main newspapers are Loviisan Sanomat and Östra Nyland.
