As mayor, I will be reducing traffic by building a light rail line from our border to the south (Graham) to the South Hill Mall. We will also engourage economic growth by creating urban villages at the north and south gateways to the city. Height limits for buildings will be greatest in these areas at 250 feet up to 350 feet if the deveolpers contribute to various city charity or low income houseing needs. We will also be developing more park and green space. We will have a "downtown" within 15 years.
