Please be advised that the City of Strongsville has approved the transfer of sewer billing to Cleveland Division of Water. This should take place with the billing for the 2nd quarter 2007, from approximately the third week in February 2007 to approximately the third week of May 2007. The bill, you just received is the 2nd to last billing prepared and mailed by the City of Strongsville. You will receive one more bill prepared by and mailed by us and that will be for the first quarter 2007 ending approximately the third week of February 2007.
