Mar. 10--The Matchbox brand of miniature cars and trucks has been a favorite of children since the toys were introduced more than a half-century ago, and now a Westport firm is playing a key role in marketing the line's newest product launch.
Working with Matchbox parent Mattel Corp. in the launch of its Matchbox Around the World Collection, Westport's Source Marketing has developed a thematic campaign to combine the fun of play with a little geography.
