Tuscany Energy Ltd. (CDNX: TUS) announces that it has completed a non-brokered private placement to Humboldt Capital Corporation (CDNX: HMB.A) of 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross, aggregate proceeds of up to $200,000. Each unit consists of one (1) common share of Tuscany and one (1) share purchase warrant of Tuscany. Each warrant entitles Humboldt to acquire one (1) common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of two (2) years from the date of closing of the private placement.
